Just Like Mama's Fried Rice!

Fried rice is one of those versatile dishes where you pretty much use whatever you have on hand. Some of the things I usually like in my fried rice (though not necessarily all at the same time!) are shrimp, roast pork, spam, shredded chicken, carrots, peas, and eggs. Tonight, I revisited an old favourite that I've not had in a long time. I used Chinese Sausage as the meat ingredient. It definitely brought back fond memories.
