In English, it's known as Bulgogi (a Korean barbequed beef dish). Thin slices of top sirloin were marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, pear juice, sesame oil, black pepper, garlic, onions, ginger, wine and sugar for 48 hours. Instead of grilling it on George, I pan-cooked it. It was scrumptious with rice!
